ANGER AND WRATH

LIFE APPLICATION: ~*Let us remember that nothing righteous is achieved when we allow ourselves to be given to anger. But also, keep in mind that is important to immerse ourselves in all things holy that we may not be overcome by such a spirit. If what type doing does not glorify The Father, stay away from it. If it does not contribute to your growth in the kingdom, then do away with it. The head to come a point in our lives when we desire The Father so much that nothing else is as important than remaining in His presence and will.*~
PRAYER: In all of Your splendor oh Yah, You love me. Your entire being is more beautiful than any jewel made by man’s hands. You are worthy to receive all of the glory and the honor and the praise. Please oh Yah free me from the spirit of wrath and bless me to walk in the freedom that you desire me to walk in. Broken Crayons Still Color
I just finished day 1 of the @YouVersion plan ‘Broken Crayons Still Color’. Check it out here:
Life Application: I chose a broken and worn-out green crayon. In our throwaway society, it would be easy to think that the work of this crayon was done. That it needed to be replaced with a brand-new crayon instead.
However, as I began to color with this broken worn-out crayon, my nieces looked at me and told me my coloring page was beautiful. Because, you see, broken crayons still color.
Just like that broken worn-out crayon, we can also feel useless to Yah because of the mistakes we have made or the things that have been done to us. We feel broken and ugly and useless. We think God would rather have someone else do His work. Someone with less brokenness and baggage. Someone who has it all together.
The truth is, we all have brokenness in our lives. Many times we compare our blooper reel to someone else’s highlight reel. The other truth is no one has a perfect life.
