Let Him Have His Way

Scripture Reading: Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. 2 Corinthians 12 NLT http://bible.com/116/2co.12.9.NLT……….

Life Application: So many times, we wreck our brains trying to understand what’s going on in our lives because different things are happening in us, to us and around us. Usually, this is the case when there is a test, a trial or preparation for the most (humanly) unbearable situations. However, instead of us (as believers) getting busy in prayer, fasting, consecration and seeking wise council, we choose the MOST comfortable, easiest and most Cowardliest (just made that word up-it’s copy written lol) options there are such as; worry, stress, doubt, distancing ourselves (from those that can help us), self sabotage and manipulation, ONLY to have to go through the same test AGAIN, UNTIL we learn to humble ourselves under the hand of The Most High and say, “Yah, I trust you”. We can rest assured that if we do NOT let The Father have His way, we may suffer far more than had we simply humbled ourselves and gave Him a simple, “Yes LORD“. Humility works.

Prayer:~*May we ALL yield to The Holy Spirit which leads, guides and directs the children of our great God. May we move out of His way, so that He can have His way. May we forever humble ourselves under His hand that He may lift us up in due time. Amen.*~

Is The Body Loyal?

That moment when you’re going through the fire, the LAST thing we want to hear (in our flesh) is “TRUST GOD”. The typical human response is, “I DON’T want to hear that mess right now. You obviously can’t see what’s happening here”. It’s THAT typical response that causes us to start our specific trial over again UNTIL we can go through it honorably while saying, “Though they slay me, yet will I trust YOU my God (King James Bible, Job.13:15)!” We as believers, WILL BE tried in the fire (like the Hebrew boys in Daniel 3), but IF and WHEN we stand firm in our faith we shall come out like gold. We will be precious , valuable, tested AND refined!

If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. Such people should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Their loyalty is divided between God and the world, and they are unstable in everything they do. James 1 NLT http://bible.com/116/jas.1.5-8.NLT

Desiring His Will

And the world passes away, and the lust of it, but the one doing the desire of Elohim remains forever.
– I John 2:17

~*May the desires of this world never become the desires of the body of Christ Yeshua. May we forever focus on our jobs in the kingdom and moving forward in the will of our heavenly Father just as His Son did. May His kingdom be forever in us. *~

~*LORD, please humble us to live as we should in order that we may show our love and adoration for YOU.*~

~*We as believers have ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to abstain from rejoicing! We should be forever thankful for the breath to breathe and the chest to breathe it with. Let’s remain prayerful in ALL things.*~
